1. 服务说明

EchoDo 是一款个人效率管理应用，提供以下功能：

• 任务和待办事项管理
• 日记和笔记记录
• 灵感和想法收集
• 目标设定和追踪
• 习惯养成和打卡
• 专注计时（番茄钟）
• 数据备份和同步
• 其他辅助工具

2. 用户责任

作为 EchoDo 用户，您同意：

• 您提供的信息是真实、准确的
• 您将合法、合理地使用本应用
• 您不会使用本应用从事违法活动
• 您对自己账户的安全负责
• 您备份重要数据的责任由您自己承担

3. 订阅服务

3.1 订阅类型

EchoDo 提供以下订阅选项：

• 月度订阅：按月自动续订，可随时取消
• 年度订阅：按年自动续订，享受折扣优惠
• 终身会员：一次性购买，永久享有

3.2 自动续订

• 月度和年度订阅会自动续订，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消
• 续订费用将在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内从您的 Apple ID 账户扣除
• 您可以在购买后前往 Apple ID 账户设置管理订阅和关闭自动续订

3.3 取消订阅

您可以随时取消订阅：

• iOS：设置 → Apple ID → 订阅 → EchoDo → 取消订阅
• 取消后，您可以继续使用订阅服务直到当前计费周期结束
• 取消不会退还已支付的费用

3.4 退款政策

• 所有购买通过 Apple App Store 处理，退款政策遵循 Apple 的标准条款
• 如需退款，请联系 Apple 客服
• 某些情况下可能符合退款条件，具体以 Apple 的判断为准

3.5 免费试用（如适用）

• 首次订阅用户可能有资格获得免费试用期
• 试用期结束前 24 小时，订阅会自动开始并产生费用
• 您可以在试用期内随时取消，不会被收费

4. 知识产权

本应用的所有内容、功能和服务（包括但不限于文本、图形、logo、图标、代码）均为 EchoDo 或其内容供应商的财产，受版权、商标和其他知识产权法律保护。

5. 数据和隐私

• 您的数据存储在您的设备本地
• 如启用 iCloud 同步，数据通过 Apple iCloud 加密同步
• 我们不收集、不上传、不分析您的个人数据
• 详细信息请查看我们的隐私政策

6. 免责声明

• 本应用按"现状"和"现有"基础提供
• 我们不保证应用无错误、无中断或完全安全
• 我们不对因使用本应用导致的任何损失承担责任
• 您应定期备份重要数据

7. 服务变更和终止

• 我们保留随时修改或终止服务的权利
• 重大变更时，我们会在应用内通知您
• 如果服务终止，我们会提前通知并提供数据导出功能

1. Service Description

EchoDo is a personal productivity app that provides:

• Task and to-do management
• Journal and note taking
• Idea and inspiration collection
• Goal setting and tracking
• Habit building and check-ins
• Focus timer (Pomodoro)
• Data backup and sync
• Other auxiliary tools

2. User Responsibilities

As an EchoDo user, you agree that:

• Information you provide is true and accurate
• You will use this app legally and reasonably
• You will not use this app for illegal activities
• You are responsible for your account security
• You are responsible for backing up your important data

3. Subscription Service

3.1 Subscription Types

EchoDo offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renews monthly, can be cancelled anytime
• Annual Subscription: Auto-renews yearly with discount
• Lifetime: One-time purchase, enjoy forever

3.2 Auto-Renewal

• Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges will be applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → EchoDo → Cancel Subscription
• After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the current billing period ends
• Cancellation does not refund fees already paid

3.4 Refund Policy

• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store, refund policy follows Apple's standard terms
• For refunds, please contact Apple Support
• Refund eligibility is determined by Apple on a case-by-case basis

3.5 Free Trial (if applicable)

• First-time subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period
• 24 hours before trial ends, subscription automatically starts and charges apply
• You can cancel during trial period anytime without being charged

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and services in this app (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, code) are property of EchoDo or its content suppliers, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Data and Privacy

• Your data is stored locally on your device
• If iCloud sync is enabled, data syncs encrypted via Apple iCloud
• We do not collect, upload, or analyze your personal data

6. Disclaimer

• This app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee the app is error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from using this app
• You should regularly backup important data

• For significant changes, we will notify you within the app
• If service terminates, we will provide advance notice and data export functionality
